Company has introduced automatic high-speed punching machines, automatic heat treatment mesh belts, high precision assembly machines and other advanced equipmentS, formed a complete production system which consists of the raw material strict refinement, plate precise punching, strict heat-treatment, to creat a stable quality control system. All efforts were made to satisfy customers鈥?different requirements.
"Chain testing center of monitoring institute of JINHUA bureau of technical supervision", which was established in 2016, is the first laboratory in JINHUA city with full independent property right of HONGSHUO company to test all performance indexes of chain products. The lab is equipped with digital universal material testing machine, digital metallographic microscope, digital chain wear performance test rig and digital fatigue testing equipment, can inspect the chain length, tensile strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance and so on, to ensure product quality.
